This gym has a clean, welcoming environment with a good variety of equipment for both beginners and experienced members. The trainers are very helpful and take a step-by-step approach, making sure exercises are done correctly and safely. The trainers are friendly, and the overall atmosphere feels motivating without being intimidating. While it can get a bit busy during peak hours, it’s still a solid place to work out and stay consistent with fitness goals.
First day at Providence with my guy Coach Camilo. I was offered a partial scholarship, and decided to take advantage. The environment is welcoming, motivating, and truly focused on individual growth. This is by far the best gym in the town. They care and focus on everyone’s unique set of goals. Not your ordinary gym, this gym makes everyone feel welcome and is a community that is continuously growing every day!
I started lifting with one of Camilo’s trainers at PROVIDENCE a couple months ago and just smashed my PR for squats. The gym has everything you could ever need. I’ve been really hyped to be able to do sled pushes on the turf section since I started working out here. The place is also super inviting, Camilo is super friendly and is always checking in on how I’m doing and saying whats up. Bottom line, PROVIDENCE is a great place for anybody looking to get stronger in a great inviting environment!!
I always get a really challenging yet energizing workout at this gym. Camilo is a great coach - he’s attentive to safety, focuses on proper form, and knows exactly how to push in the right way. Overall, the community here is genuinely supportive. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great training experience.
I have to start by saying this place is more than a gym it’s literally a home a community and a family. Working out for me use to almost be like punishment but literally my first day here with coach Milo changed my whole perspective of not just exercising but just existence in general. This is not just a gym. It’s a place of empowerment not just body health or mental health. The encouragement from not only Coach Milo and the other trainers, but from every single individual that will cross your path in this gym is life changing. I’ve learned that working out is not just about losing weight but it’s about hearing about yourself and consistency self-worth and self love. Don’t get me wrong. This is a full fledge gym and it will challenge you but in the most amazing ways. Call Jamila and all the other trainers make it a point to give you individual time guidance and most of all encouragement. If I could give Providence gym the ultimate golden star on here I would. I hope who ever is reading this will not only give this amazing gym a chance but give yourself a chance as well! I wanted to also mention that the community is a beautiful mix of all ages so it’s never too early and it’s absolutely never too late! Give Providence and yourself I try!!
