I had a general HVAC inspection done in the house we just purchased last summer, and the technician noted the blower assembly needed to be pulled and cleaned (dirt accumulated on the fins of the fan). I was quoted $560 to do this very simple job that takes about an hour to do. So I did it myself. I spoke with 2 other companies to get quotes just out of curiosity. One of them came in at $120, and the other charges $179.....for the exact same job....having a tech show up to remove and clean the blower assembly, inspect everything in the system, guarantee their work, etc. Definitely won't be using Rite Way for anything in the future. Be sure to get multiple quotes, always. I feel bad for anyone that has paid the amount they're trying to unjustly charge.
I am so impressed with this guy. Totally trusted him.I love that you told me about his family cuz.I got to ask about that. He was amazing. Please give the guy a raise. I recognized your name because the smartest guy I know promotes you. I would have had him go up.but he doesn't like heights. I did check with you but zi found another lower bid. This guy is an amazing man. I felt so cared for and so honored. Would totally do business with you and recommend him a hundred percent t o a friend.
Yair went above and beyond for our service call. We were working on toilets in two bathrooms with a clog in one. He ran into some major issues and ended up working a 9hr.shift just at my house and being there till almost 9pm. If possible Yair would be my technician for every service call. Please appreciate him. I highly recommend reaching out to Rite Way for any Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing needs. They came out to look at my old AC units that were just over 20 years old. Drew provided a very thorough quote with different options. He explained everything in detail and I felt comfortable with the pricing and recommendations provided. I now have two new ac units that are energy efficient and run a lot more quieter than my previous ones. Thank you Riteway for providing an excellent experience!
Where do I start. So we are brand new home owners. We've been living in our home for about 1.5 years and the water heater here was 5 years new, well I got home from work yesterday and there was water all over my garage and the water heater was the culprit. Luckily the can had a sticker from when it was installed and from the moment the ladies answered the phone with my question over if it still had warranty to the moment Braden arrived and replaced our water heater, their service was very efficient, attentive and over the top! Braden said the can was no good and he was surprised that at 5 years it was done. So he replaced it right here at 6.30pm he was fast and great at what he does. He also installed a dripping pan so if it happened it would not damage the wall like you can see the water dripping marks. I definitely recommend! Thanks Rite and Braden!!
