Highly recommended. I visited Sonny’s Jewellers today with my partner and we had a truly lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, Chloe made us feel very welcome and looked after us beautifully. Her service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. Sonny’s was the first place we visited when looking for rings, and we were delighted to find exactly what we were looking for. My partner and I left feeling very happy and grateful for the wonderful service Chloe provided. We would happily recommend Sonny’s Jewellers to anyone.

I went in with an idea in mind for an engagement ring for my now fiancé. Susan had phenomenal customer service and helped me every step of the way as I had very limited knowlage on jewelery in general. I was educated on diamonds, bands and how the combinations work together. I purchased this ring and asked the big question and I'm sure it was due to the beauty of the ring as apposed to the beauty of me... she said yes 😊 Thank you Sonny's and Susan 😁
Sonny’s jewellers is exceptional. The staff provide the highest standard of customer care and all the jewellery is beautifully displayed with the opportunity to look at items without pressure with knowledgable assistance available if needed. The wonderful Roxy helped me and my husband choose my special ring. I knew what I was hoping for and Roxy sourced stones for me to choose and also helped identify the setting and design. She took the time to explain everything clearly, helped us understand what to look for, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and special. We both felt completely at ease — no pressure, just genuine care and expertise. Roxy’s knowledge, patience, and friendly nature made such a difference. She really went above and beyond to help us find the perfect ring. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough — she was just fantastic!
