I’ve been coming to The Foundry for about 9 months now, and it has truly become one of my favorite places to be. From the moment you walk in, the space feels clean, calming, and so thoughtfully maintained. Every detail creates an atmosphere of respect and care. The instructors here are something special. To shoutout a few Blythe, Nicole, Sofie, and Micca — each of them brings such unique energy and warmth to their classes. Whether it’s Blythe’s encouraging tone, Nicole’s precision, Sofie’s grounding presence, or Micca’s contagious positivity, they all make you feel seen, supported, and challenged in the best way. No matter where you are in your wellness journey, this studio meets you with kindness and community. It’s more than just a workout — it’s a space that restores you from the inside out. If you’re looking for a studio that blends strength, grace, and genuine connection, The Foundry is it. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

The Foundry AR is an amazing hot yoga & fitness studio! Their range of classes are great for challenging your yoga & strength practice! Every teacher brings their unique perspective & teaching, all while staying true to the modality. Everyone is friendly & welcoming. All levels of practice are welcomed, from novice to advanced. Truly a studio for everyone! I highly recommend trying every class!

I love this community! The teachers and people are amazing! There is so much encouragement from the time you are greeted at the door until you leave. I feel at home and LOVE the space! Beautiful, high ceilings where I enjoy practicing in. There are fitness challenges to keep me accountable and a variety of classes for overall fitness and health. I love that the teachers are so knowledgeable and take the time to get to know me and why I’m here. The front desk is so friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I have found a fam…foundry fam!

Love the Foundry Family. Doesn’t matter which location you go to you’ll get the best instructor and best workout every time. I love that they challenge you, motivate you, and celebrate you. All locations are clean and have a variety of class options/times. Super happy arrowhead ranch opened up. Now I have more options to continue to practice self care, stay active, and connect with others with the same fitness goals. Thank you Foundry for building this community.

While visiting the area I was able to take many different classes at the Foundry (yay they take class pass!) All classes are hot and challenging. They vary in pace and intensity. 26 and 2 is the slowest and most intense IMO. The studio is beautiful and clean and showers are very nice. One thing about the sound system-if I was directly underneath a speaker I could understand, but otherwise it was totally distorted and I couldn’t understand anything. Overall, loved this studio, great classes, welcoming teachers and beautiful space.
