This studio is top notch. The delivery of customer service, professionalism, cleanliness, instructor expertise/friendliness, and first impressions are all very impressive. Just about every class is at full capacity which validates all that. Every time I leave, I feel amazing. Respect to everyone working there who strive on keeping the experience optimal every visit!!!
I just started coming to the Foundry a few weeks ago after hearing many great things. I thought the Foundry’s Olympic Challenge would be a great time to join, and now I’m hooked! Some classes were brand new to me- like 26&2 and barre, and I wasn’t sure. However, the instructors here are knowledgeable, friendly, and will guide you through an amazing experience! There are a variety of classes offered, and each one has so many physical & mental benefits. Also, the heat level is perfect, and makes you feel like a million bucks after! The venue itself is very clean, functional, and welcoming. This is a great place to ground, breathe, move, and sweat!
Absolutely love going to The Foundry in Avondale. The staff is friendly and helpful, the teachers are experienced and knowledgeable about what they do. They are encouraging, supportive and motivating as well. Facilities are clean and every classroom gets cleaned and disinfected after each workout class. They offer a variety of hot workouts, from Pilates, to Barré to Hot Flow Yoga, HIIT and much more. Thank you Foundry for a great experience and awesome workout each time I step onto my mat!!!
I’ve been coming since June of this year… pretty new. I’ve done Bikram before but it’s been awhile so I was nervous to come back. Really like this studio. Very clean, great staff, love the diversity of the members, amazing instructors, refreshing water, and excellent equipment. It just has a great vibe! I love love the yin yoga. I’ve liked all classes and all instructors.
I really enjoyed this location with the 90 minute hot yoga classes. The facility was cleaned and well managed. I thought the instructors were great and I loved the music added to the 90 minute class. I probably would have stayed with them if I hadn't run into continual billing issues but I was not happy with the billing. There is no place online to submit a teacher ID for a discount so to redeem your discount you have to go in person or email them. Then after I got my account set up, they changed their policy to not bill late fees if you cancelled 8 hours in advance, but even when I cancelled over 12 hours in advanced I kept getting charged $15. Then when I called to say I was charged wrongly, they said they would have to wait for a manager to take a look at the account. Id wait a day or two to get a call back. It felt like a constant game of phone tag and after being billed the 3rd time when I wasn't supposed to be, I finally cancelled my account. If the billing hadn't been a continual issue, I probably would have stayed with this location.
