Misleading information as they do not cover ‘south wales’ Called early afternoon regarding table and chairs - advised to go on website and do ‘contact form’ for requirements Didn’t hear anything back and as is Black Friday Called before they finish for weekend as hadn’t heard anything Was told ‘we won’t deliver to Swansea’ as too far. Understand reasoning but communication is pathetic Tried to call back straight away to advise I’d be able to collect and calls ignored
We booked 60 chairs, 6 round tables and the cloths for our wedding. As some of the reviews we had a similar experience. Did have to clarify information as emails were brief. However Jon did always respond which I appreciated. It just made me question whether they would turn up etc. However they did and the two lads unloaded everything into the venue. However I was disheartened to see the quality of these when starting to decorate tables etc. The pictures will show enough. I don't want this to be a slating review hence the 4 stars. However I would just check if this is the quality you would want at your wedding for £560. I was very much was like nothing i can do now the day before the wedding.
Hired 60 chairs for our wedding last week, communication was awful, had to email them to ask when they needed the payment, what time they were delivering and the details of the bank for payment Delivery on the day, they were very unhelpful when we asked for an estimated time for delivery We then received a call from our reception venue to ask if we had seen the chairs, we responded no not yet and she was gobsmacked, as were we when we finally saw them When speaking with the company the only resolution was to come and collect them, at the time of our reception which obviously would not have worked Overall very unsatisfied The photos below are just a few of the chairs, others were really wobbly and I’d say over half are like the chairs in the pictures below
So far, excellent service from Jon! He has worked around us for our wedding plans, and although we have only a small order with him, he has responded immediately and is friendly and accommodating! I will post a futher review with photos after the wedding.
Could not praise these guys highly enough! After a bit of a nightmare needing to find 8 tables on a Monday for our wedding on a Saturday, these guys came to the rescue! Always at the end of the phone and very quick to reply to emails, the service was exactly what we needed and they took all the stress away. THANK YOU!
