After a year @volofit is the BEST place for HIIT classes. I'm never bored. Every day, there is a different high energy intense class. Love it!!! 💥💥_------------ Just can say WOW! I joined this place almost 5 weeks ago and the workouts have exceeded my expectations. The coaches are excellent (all of them) and the classes are super intensive, super HIIT : ) I love that the classes are different every day, It motivates me to wake up and burn calories. Just love it, love it. love it!!!! Also, the personal care of Laura is wonderful if you join the 6 weeks challenge to lose weight!
I just finished my first HIIT class, and wow, it was an amazing workout! I wasn't sure what to expect since it was my first time, but I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming, and I can already tell it's a fantastic place to get fit and have fun!
So let me say how amazing everyone is here! From Staff Members Laura, Mark Instructor BJ, and many more! I had my very 1st FREE workout today HERE and had a blast! Me and my partner today(forgot her name 😫)! Im very happy with the atmosphere the incredible workouts and all the motivation and passion as soon as you walk in the door. The heart monitors were great to have on while working out as well as the tv monitors to show as guide each workout. I came on the most hectic challenge day. But I love the challenge, so proud of myself today!I will definitely be back thank you ALL so much!! I’ll definitely recommend! This was fun place to workout at. My fiancé approves. Lol
I'm new to HIIT and I couldn't have picked a better gym to start my journey! I was intimated at first but when I walked in to the gym and met with the owner as well as trainer, they immediately put me at ease. They walked me through everything step by step and answered my questions with so much excitement. The workouts are challenging but there are modifications for those who need it. I can guarantee you'll leave a workout wanting more! The gym is also extremely clean and the community is amazing with very supportive gym members!
