I had laser hair removal at Waxonomy with Veronica for my underarms and other areas, and the experience was amazing. I was nervous about pain, but she made it so comfortable and easy. The sessions were incredibly quick and virtually painless thanks to the Zimmer cooling (honestly 1/10 pain). The results have been fantastic, and I’m definitely a forever returning client. Highly recommend Veronica!
I had my microblading eyebrows done today by Laurie and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I was so nervous going in, but from the moment I sat in her chair I felt completely at ease. Laurie is incredibly talented, highly experienced, and someone I trust 100%. She took her time, explained everything, and made sure the shape and look were perfect for me. The results are absolutely beautiful — natural, precise, and better than I could have imagined. I am beyond happy that I trusted her with my brows. If you’re on the fence or feeling nervous like I was, don’t be — you are in the best hands with Laurie. I’m sure she’ll be posting photos because her work truly speaks for itself. Dina is amazing! I’m sending all my sisters here because she’s so good at what she does. She’s a no judgement zone girls girl! she’s so kind, knowledgeable and just awesome. I had my Brazilian wax done with her 3 times now and not once have I been disappointed. She always answers all my questions about other services that I’m thinking of getting with such great feed backs about each service.
Very rude manager. They don’t have parking spot and if you are looking for parking spot and getting lates they are charging no show fees. On top of that manager lied to me that Maria has waiting list. I checked her appointment opening and she had all the slots open. They have 0 customer service. They moves appointment to any waxers without even letting you know that if I am okay with it. They will keep trainee inside rooms without taking consent. Funny part, when wax is done it is my responsibility to check if any hair is left and let them know. They ask for review and I gave my honest opinion before with good heart until this happened. Just to let that manager know that you should know how to accommodate people who are your regular customer. Does not matter updown or downtown you have your practice. This is very ridiculous experience i had. I wish I could talk to the owner of waxonomy. Thanks again for treating me so nicely. Adding to that, I am 3 months postpartum and she wanted me to walk in rain. Because that was my responsibility to find parking. Heights of stupidity.
Wonderful Experience 👍🏻Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic experience at this wax salon. The space is clean, beautifully designed, and has a very inviting atmosphere. I had my appointment with Riekie for the first time, and she was amazing! She’s quick, professional, and has a kind, friendly personality. Her energy is so positive💫 she brings a really calming, uplifting vibe that makes the whole experience feel much less awkward. She has a way of instantly making you feel at ease, like you’re in good hands. All the other girls at the salon were also super nice and friendly. Everyone was professional, warm, and made me feel completely comfortable. What I really appreciated is that they make you feel at ease no matter your body type whether you’re curvy, slim, or anything in between. There’s no judgment, just a great vibe and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and professional waxing experience!
