My Husband and I both had massages that were, at best, ok. Front desk Staff lacked professionalism before massages and at checkout. My Husband and I both wanted to use the sauna, but the sauna in the women's locker room was super small, there were two people in the Womens which left no room for me(same in the mens)Felt like services were WAY overpriced for the services and experience. Will not go back.
Okay… now this is what I call a spa, and I’ve definitely done the research! I had no idea how large and beautiful the facility at Woodhouse Spa was until I stepped inside. The space is absolutely stunning and far more expansive than it appears from the outside. Every area feels thoughtfully designed, calm, and luxurious, with plenty of room to truly relax and unwind. From the moment you walk in, the layout, lighting, and attention to detail immediately set the tone. The lounge areas are spacious and inviting, the private spaces feel serene and well separated, and nothing feels cramped or rushed. It genuinely feels like an escape, not just a spa visit. What made the experience even more special was seeing the owners, Treasa and Tony, on site. They were warm, welcoming, and made me feel right at home, which, in my opinion, speaks volumes about the care behind the business. I cannot wait to visit again.
I had a great experience at Woodhouse Spa – Ellisville. The salt room was an amazing, relaxing experience, and I really enjoyed my massage. Aaliyah provided great pressure and made the massage incredibly soothing. The entire process was smooth and luxurious from start to finish, and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!
I had my first visit to Woodhouse Spa in Ellisville today, and it was fantastic. The reception team set a welcoming tone right away—friendly, organized, and clear in confirming our services. We were then guided to a quiet relaxation area stocked with chilled water, herbal teas, and light snacks, creating the perfect setting to unwind before our treatments. Alexis was my aesthetician for the Skin Barrier Renewal service, and she was outstanding. She was warm, skilled, and attentive, offering just the right amount of conversation while still allowing for a peaceful, restorative experience. Overall, Woodhouse Spa impressed me from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed and will definitely be back soon. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-run spa experience.
I came yesterday @11 with a 2 others. I had Mr.Evan and he didn’t make my massage enjoyable and he was standoff ish, passive aggressive, seemed aggravated, I understand my phone went off but you don’t have to say in a aggravated “could you just turn it off”. When I would ask for more or less pressure he would be silent and just do it instead of Acknowledging my request to know that we’re communicating. The experience was nice and beautiful but I wish I had a female after him. Front desk gave me deep tissue Women that I could go to because the only reason why I went to a man is be cause I wanted a little more pressure than usual with a regular massage
