I absolutely love this studio. The staff is bilingual, friendly, and always makes me feel welcome. Every class is clearly explained, and they’re always introducing new techniques and equipment to keep things dynamic. I’ve noticed real improvement in my body and my mental and emotional health. I also love that every class is a full-body workout. Highly recommend! ✨
I love this studio. I stated about 4 months ago with a lot of sciatic pains and not being able to doa lot of the movements. I have very minimal pain in my back now I got slimmer and more toned. I love the instructors they are all very knowledgeable and know what they are doing.
I’m new to Pilates and joined this studio a little over a month ago. I LOVE the classes - the instructors are very hands on and emphasize technique. In order to get the full benefits of Pilates, proper technique and breathing are essential, so I appreciate the attentiveness and instruction they provide. The classes are fun, challenging, sometimes humbling, and somehow relaxing at the same time. I feel myself getting stronger (especially my core), and I can’t wait to see my progress as I continue over the next few months. Lili and Marta are excellent! When I arrive and see that they will be the class instructor, I know the workout is going to be challenging and educational. They are kind and always add some humor - I really enjoy taking their classes and learning from them. Not only are the classes, instructors, and equipment amazing - the other women (and occasionally men) who are in the classes are great. There’s a sense of community, and I genuinely enjoy chatting with and getting to know everyone. Everyone is helpful, supportive, and welcoming. 10/10 - I absolutely love this place 💕
