Amazing customer service, knowledge and workmanship ship. Was the most polite, friendly and punctual tradesman I have ever delt with. From the initial phone call, follow ups and question pre-service was really nice. Once he attended he was knowledgeable and has all the tools required to get any job done. He inspected issues with our gas, storm water and waste water quickly and efficiently
Great experience with this plumber. Marc communicated his costs upfront and was able to identify potential causes of the issue before attending. Marc arrived at the agreed time and carried out inspections with care for our home. After identifying an unexpected issue Marc took time to show us and provide options to repair or replace. Great local plumber who was available to assist within a few days. Recommended!
Called yesterday, got fixed today. reasonable rates, excellent service and great communication. Neat and tidy at the end of the job so very happy.
10/10, Highly recommended! Marc was so quick to respond to the service request and is a great communicator. He organsied to attend the property very promptly. After my own initial worries of looking at a complete hot water system replacement, he was able to identify and diagnose the issue (which was the replacement of a small part) and fixed the issue immediately on-site. He also sent through photos of the whole process which was helpful for me (as I live interstate). Would absolutely recommend Allmat Plumbing and Marc!
Marc is fantastic! He’s professional, reliable and really easy to deal with. What stood out to me is how thorough he is, taking the time to explain things clearly so I always felt reassured. He goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done properly and that you’re completely happy with the result. On top of that, he’s a great guy which makes the whole experience stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work. Highly recommend if you need a plumber you can trust. Thanks mate!
