I recently purchased a new dresser from Ashley Furniture in Kitchener. After visiting competitors’ showrooms and comparing different products; I visited the Ashley showroom. I was greeted by Michael Poole, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He understood what I wanted and showed me exactly what I was looking for. He answered all my questions and then gave me time to discuss my purchase with my partner without pressuring my choice. The quality of the Ashley products and the reasonable price made my decision very easy. I highly recommend shopping at Ashley in Kitchener. Thank you Michael, I will be a return customer.
I so happened to buy a sofa from your Kitchener ON location right on Fairview Road from Milanka Brezo. I bought it in April of this year and in less than 6 months the "leather" started coming off one of the sides. I since then had that piece replaced and not only was it installed very poorly, it doesn't even match the texture of the rest of the sofa. The answer I got from your team was quite poor , they told me the "leather" comes from a different animal which is why it doesn't match. Their solution was to send me another piece to install and the piece they sent is even darker and certainly doesn't match the rest of the sofa. Their team is telling me that there's nothing that can be done but were super quick to take my $ when I gave them my credit card. The second picture was of their "amazing installation". Tired of being on the phone for hours with these people. Any real resolutions would be great appreciated. UPDATE - DEC 12 I went to the store yesterday to apparently choose a new Sofa so I could finally end this nightmare of an experience that I've had with this store. I finally chose one that was within the price range of the one I originally chose. I was told by an agent that I could chose one relatively in the same price range as the one I originally chose. However, when I came to place the order after spending about an hour and a half looking at options, they told me I had to pay out of pocket to get the replacement. I've lost over 8-10 hrs of work and even had to take a day off work to accomodate for their technicians to come to "install" faulty parts. Is this the kind of treatment that is given to customers who are facing issues on a piece that did not live up to the expectations? If I could give a 0 star review I would.
We had a wonderful experience thanks to our sales associate, Roxanne. On our first visit, we purchased a couch, and she even stayed at least half an hour past closing time to help us finalize everything. We returned a few days later to buy more furniture because she was so helpful and attentive. Roxanne made sure all of our items were delivered promptly and kept us updated throughout the entire process, even working to expedite shipping during the busy Black Friday period. Her communication and customer service were exceptional. I highly recommend ! :)
We just purchased a chaise couch at Ashley in Kitchener. Roxanne was our sales person. She did a fantastic job. She close the deal with good numbers. She was not pressuring us at all. She was very informative. She made us aware of the extended warranty. She made us aware of the white glove delivery. She was supported well at the front end by the manager and or the owner of the store. Excellent representation Roxanne was friendly and very knowledgeable. The store was well presented. Milanka is the sales representative you should ask for. I recently purchased a new sectional, and she was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend her for exceptional customer service.
