Very efficient with absolutely excellent work quality ! I visited Autocare Repair Centre for the second time to repair my Tesla of different issue, and once again had an excellent experience. Every team member I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful, always with a warm smile. While waiting at the reception, I had the opportunity to observe how they interacted with other customers—with the same sincere attitude, helpfulness, professionalism, and genuine kindness. This is the best car repair service I’ve encountered in England. Their quality of the work is outstanding. My Tesla had previously been repaired by a third-party repairer who did a very poor job, and finally was unable to solve the problem of my car, but this team fixed everything efficiently and professionally. I’m extremely happy with the results. I will definitely recommend Autocare repair centre to my friends and all other Tesla owners. Thank you, Greg, and the entire team, for such a great experience and excellent quality of work on my Tesla.

They diagnosed the issue quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and completed the repair to a high standard. PA55 LAR! I got crashed into in Garston the other week causing me a huge inconvenience, I'm a driving instructor so needed a quick turn around in order not to impact my learners too much, especially learners with imminent tests, I had a week free of tests so needed PA55 LAR sorted ASAP. Autocare Repair Centre got my learner car sorted in a week and I had it back the next Monday brand new and valeted all ready for a test on the Tuesday. Absolutely brilliant service! The guys answered all questions, kept me Upto date and couldn’t have pushed things through any quicker! The car is immaculate and there is no way you’d be able to tell anything had happened. Highly recommend to anyone who needs bodywork, an insurance claim etc. Lindsey is an absolute star, put up with me ringing and mithering so customer service is also top notch along with the repairs!
