I recently had a scratch repaired on my drivers door through an insurance claim. Smart Auto Repairs were the nominated repairers and did a great job. They got in touch initially to make arrangements, and followed this with messaging to make it clear what to expect on the day. All good communication. On the day, the technician was professional and friendly, being happy to explain what he was going to do. Although the scratch was only small it needed the whole door panel re-spraying- which he did no problem. Very good all round.
Smart Auto Repairs did a respray on my bumper and the result was absolutely fabulous. The work was carried out by Sezar and you honestly can’t tell it’s been sprayed at all—it looks flawless. I couldn’t be happier with the finish and the attention to detail. Highly recommended!
Easy to book and arrange. Sezer attended promptly and did a fantastic job. Cannot tell where there was a scratch. Also very polite and carried on under cover despite the bad weather. Would recommend
While the repair was okay there was a small damaged edge not repaired which I didn’t notice until after the wheel was replaced and the painting on some of the spokes was uneven. Overall the repairer was a nice guy but I was a somewhat disappointed with the overall finish.
