I would highly recommend MB Liverpool. After our car broke down and wouldn’t start or even lock we tried the dealership which could not work on it for a month. We were recommended MB and I spoke with Scott who helped put my mind at ease with clarity of the cost and procedure for diagnostics, he even recommended a company for recovery who were also very good and prompt . Paula was then in contact with me after diagnostics to advise of what they had found and cost to rectify. The turn around time was so fast and efficient thanks to Scott, Paula and there team.
I had my wheel alignment carried out here on my Discovery Sport. I dropped my car off at 08.30, as soon as I walked into the reception area I was welcomed by a very freindly lady who took my keys and informed me they would call me as soon as the job was completed. I then received a phone call at about 12.30 informing me the car was ready for collection. I would definitely recommend MB Liverpool, the price was reasonable and considering they were busy the job was carried out in no time at all. I could feel the difference to my car as soon as I started driving it again.
First time here, and will definitely be back for any future work or servicing on my Mini. Dropped the car off at 8:30, and by the afternoon they'd completed a service, replaced a washer jet and sorted out a faulty brake pad wear sensor, all whilst keeping me up to date along the way. It's also great to have a garage that have updated my digital service history, and provided me with proof of all the work completed. Great friendly garage in Liverpool, would highly recommend to anyone.
First visit. Outstanding experience today. Fantastic premises and very friendly and accommodating staff. Car had a free vehicle check whilst they carried out the work it had been booked in for.This included a printed report. Unbeatable prices that assures me to return. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Excellent service by a company that really do care. And excellent staff who actually listen to any concerns you may have and work to find a solution even If this has a financial cost to the company they treat the customer fairly and with respect. I would definitely recommend their services
