We have taken our dog to Beau’s Pet Hotel for a few years now. He is very well taken care of and he has so much fun every time he holidays at Beau’s. Staff are committed to taking the best care of our pets whilst we are away and we can relax on our holiday knowing this. We get daily updates & photo’s where he is always smiling having fun playing with the staff. I highly recommend Beau’s Pet Hotel.
Macie has been a regular boarding guest since 2018 at Beau's Pet Hotel. The staff go above and beyond to show love and care to her. We appreciate being able to leave Macie in a safe environment. The regular updates and photos of her during her stay are a welcome reminder that she is happy. The staff at Beau's have a passion for making our pet feel special. We are very thankful to have this service and would absolutely recommend Beau's.
My 6 year old Chihuahua has never experienced an overnight stay in kennels before and is a nervous-Nelly at the best of times. I was nervous too booking him in to stay for 2 nights but the staff were very kind, caring and understanding and I received a "Pawgress" report on the first day with photos which helped me feel more comfortable whilst we were separated. It was a tough decision but necessary and Im glad we made the choice of Beau's and will be back in the future. Thanks for being true animals lovers, it shows in your service and helps FurParents feel comfortable with the process too!
We were a bit anxious about where to leave our beloved staffy for an overnight stay and found Beau's online. My goodness, from the moment he walked through the door till the moment we left, he was greeted and treated with so much love! The staff were absolutely incredible - so kind, caring and calm. They sent us pictures and updates of his stay, which made us so happy and eased our minds. What an incredible first experience with Beau's!
Great clean premises. Staff very friendly and helpful. We needed an hotel for our Oriental Boy as our usual one had closed down. Beau's was perfect. Loft accommodation was very reasonable and pick up and drop off times were perfect for us. Master Yoda came home in excellent condition and very happy. We were even sent several "Pawgress Reports" during his stay. Will certainly use Beau's again and highly recommend.
