I loved the atmosphere. The place felt welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everything was spotless, and the staff were so kind and attentive. The price is also reasonable. It really made the whole experience feel comfortable and enjoyable.
Thi did my nails this Tuesday and I did not like my experience at all. She was talking way too much to the other workers in Vietnamese and she did not seem to focus on doing my nails. I had to tell her multiple times to pay attention but she did not listen and I was very angry. I will not be coming back to this salon, especially if Thi will be there.
They did my nails to perfection and everyone was so kind. Nails came out exactly like my inspiration photo. Will definitely be coming back soon! Thank you :)
This place is GREAT! Everyone is always super friendly and fun to be around. It’s a high energy place with people working hard to make your nails look fabulous. I’ve had great pedicures and gel nails done on a regular basis. I tend to do things last minute so I don’t have a regular person I go to. I feel comfortable with all the people working there and know I’ll get a fabulous manicure. They’ll work hard to fit you in. I like the owner. It’s easy if you need to shop at Safeway. It’s a good sized mall. So far I’ve only had very good experiences here! Six months later after a long trip back east and failed manicures by others Im back and really happy with the service!
Ken and team are amazing and super accommodating. I always bring intricate designs and they always say yes. Ken has always treated me with the utmost kindness me respect. I have brought so many people here because the work is impeccable. Highly recommend. There is an insane amount of care and professionalism. I’ll be back just like I do everything month.
