We picked up our custom ring from Diamonds Direct Indianapolis this weekend, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The team at DD Indy were great throughout the process. Though there were multiple steps, Tiffany and Kalyn continued to work with us, from purchasing the base ring, designing the custom features and getting the work done. We are very discerning customers, and the DD Indy team were patient and professional at every turn. Kate, their on-site jeweler, did a great job on the modifications to the ring. In the end, we came away with a beautiful custom ring, with excellent craftsmanship, at a fair value. After months of shopping multiple jewelers in Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus and Indianapolis, we will be going back to Diamonds Direct in Indianapolis for our future jewelry purchases.

My husband decided that he wanted to upgrade the diamond in my wedding ring. He and I worked with Shelby Hubbard. She is the real GEM of Diamonds Direct. Shelby is so warm and inviting and down-to-earth and was accommodating with our schedules. Quite honestly, she was an absolute joy to work with. She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and so easy for my husband and I to work with. She truly made the experience for us so fun and special. We will definitely be recommending Shelby to our friends and we won’t hesitate to call her for future purchases. She is such a pleasure to do business with.
My girlfriend and I came in to look at engagement rings and had a wonderful experience! We were helped by Selena Powell and she was fantastic! She was incredibly nice and super helpful throughout our selection process. We didn’t have much knowledge about rings prior and Selena did a great job explaining everything to us and helped my girlfriend narrow down what she’d want for a ring.
