I recently purchased a pre-owned Seiko Prospex SNR051 from Josh, Digital Marketing Manager, and love this watch. From the very first time we walked into Reis-Nichols, we immediately felt so welcome! We were greeted warmly, offered a beverage, and introduced to Nadia, who quickly became our go-to person throughout the entire process. When we started looking for an engagement ring, we honestly had no idea what we wanted. Nadia patiently walked us through all the different styles and options, and we got to try on so many gorgeous rings. I loved that Reis-Nichols has a wide selection of complete rings (not just loose stones on bands), which made it so much easier to see what I truly liked. Even though I fell in love with a few rings that day, we decided to visit one other jeweler just to compare and the difference was night and day. The professionalism, knowledge, selection, and most importantly Nadia’s kindness made it clear that Reis-Nichols was where we wanted to be. Nadia spent so much time helping my husband design the most stunning engagement ring. After our engagement, we were thrilled to return and pick out our wedding bands with her as well. Incredible service. Kathleen was helping us and she is so pleasant and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make the experience memorable and pleasant for us. They served us champagne while we chose the rings and cleaned my engagement ring while i was browsing. From start to finish, a great experience all around. Very happy we chose to come here.
