I had an outstanding experience with Ashley at The Jewelry Lady. I had quite a few pieces of jewelry that had been my sister’s and my mother’s as well as some of my own pieces. I walked in with a briefcase of jewelry and a few ideas. Ashley helped me come up with designs for earrings, a gorgeous diamond pendant and a beautiful ring incorporating the diamonds I brought in. I would highly recommend The Jewelry Lady for anyone wanting some custom design work.
I walked into The Jewelry Lady establishment with a vision and YES they delivered. After sharing my story with Joan she knew exactly what to do to start my vision. With great confidence she handed me over to Chauncey to make it all happen. He was very attentive and detail oriented. He promised me my finished product (a custom ring in memory of my son) will be exactly what I wanted. Chauncey thank you so much I LOVE IT.
