Stopped into this beautiful shop to find something as simple as an earring back and left with what I came for but also a smile on my face. Janie was gracious and helpful. This is my new go to store for jewelry. Thank you for a very positive experience.
Arrived to our appointment very early and they were extremely accommodating!! All associates were very knowledgable, helpful, and patient to all customers in the store. After finishing our permanent bracelets I asked for advice on adjusting my personal necklace and pendant and the employee helping us spent extra time trying to figure out a solution for me free of charge. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for endless jewelry or other non permanent options as well.
The staff at Grayling are so polite and helpful. It took a while to shorten the length of the necklace I bought, along with my bracelet. In the picture I got a “permanent bracelet” with a latch just so I had the option of taking it off if need be. The staff were so patient helping me get the perfect fit. I love the versatility of their charms and chains. This is definitely one of my favorite jewelry stores by far.
I love my permanent bracelet I got & had the best experience while we were there too! It was so much fun going in with my friends & all picking out what we wanted. I added a little charm to mine also! So pretty. Definitely recommend going in & treating yourself to something beautiful. They had SO MANY pretty things!
Loved getting my permanent bracelet! I’ve bought Grayling jewelry on their website but it was my first visit to their location. The shop was adorable, the staff was friendly, not at all pushy, and helped us pick the best options for each of us. The welding process was quick and painless and it was such a fun friends outing to add to our trip. When I first heard about permanent jewelry I loved the idea but thought it might bug me to have it on all the time, but it’s so lightweight I don’t notice it at all, and it adds the perfect little touch to everyday outfits. Definitely wanting more now! Highly recommend this shop for their products, service, and the Endless jewelry experience.
