I’m very impressed with this company! I was looking for flat back earrings and found Grayling through a Facebook ad. I was hesitant to order because you just never know what you’re going to get from a seemingly random company found through a FB ad - I’m glad I did though! I love that they’re made in America and the customer service has been outstanding. Product quality seems really good and they were super fast! I placed my order but then immediately changed my mind and emailed them to see if I could cancel or adjust. I got a reply within minutes from a personable representative confirming they made the adjustment to my order that I requested. Within a few hours, I get another notification that they had processed the order and shipped. That was fast! I just received my order and it was nicely packaged and the three earrings I ordered are cute and seem to be high quality! I’m excited to see how they hold up over time! Love them so far though! Despite really liking all of the earrings, I needed to exchange two pairs because the hoops were a tad too big for me (I have a very grabby baby so the smaller the hoop the better - I ordered 10mm and should have ordered 6mm). The process to exchange online was super easy, only problem was I had a discount code and couldn’t get it applied to the exchange. I messaged the company and once again I got a reply almost immediately- it was the late afternoon/early evening of Christmas Eve - I was surprised at how responsive they were! I certainly didn’t expect a response until after the holiday so this felt like they were going above and beyond. They manually applied the discount and processed the exchange on my behalf. Once again, such great customer service! I definitely recommend shopping with them! Great products and great customer service, made in America, you can’t beat that! Great experience!
Purchased two gold necklaces from here today. Was assisted by Janie, who was super helpful! Super affordable and feels nice to support a business that donates to good causes like LGBTQ+ organizations and diversity. Glad they offer a custom chain option too which lets you customize length.
The buy two get one promotion was a delightful surprise! The flat back earrings I purchased are beautiful and easy to put in. I had never put them in myself before, and the staff did a demo for me to teach me before leaving which was incredibly helpful. I have sensitive skin and have had no issues. Love the pieces and cannot wait to go back for more!

Love the sunburst (previously purchased), and the birth month flower charms and necklace, circle dot earrings, and Priya pearl earrings. And yes, I kept something for myself, of course.
So happy with my order! I have very sensitive ears and have been looking for earrings I can wear , and these are them! If you have sensitive ears - you need these earrings! Shopping was easy , shipping was fast , and packaging was great! Can’t recommend enough!
