I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Family Auto Glass. From start to finish, they went above and beyond. When I first called, Brooke was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I explained that I wanted to replace the non-functioning third-party glass on my 2019 F250 Crew Cab with OEM glass and that I wanted to be sure my truck would be treated with care—not just another job on a list. She immediately gave me confidence that I’d come to the right place. When Taylor arrived on-site with the new glass, we inspected it together and confirmed it was exactly what I wanted. He got to work quickly, carefully removing the old glass without breaking it. He even found and cleaned up leftover glass pieces from a previous company’s work. It was clear he takes great pride in what he does—he treated my truck like it belonged in a showroom, making sure everything was perfect before he left. What really stood out was how personable and genuine Taylor was—he even took a moment to explain the process to our curious two-year-old, who loved watching him work. It’s rare to find a company that combines true craftsmanship, attention to detail, and genuine customer care, but Family Auto Glass does exactly that. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants their vehicle handled with respect and expertise.

Needed a new windshield after a rock introduced itself to us, coming back from vacation. Called several places and went with Family Auto Glass. Prices are very reasonable, all questions quickly answered and super fast service. Taylor was really nice and very knowledgeable. Family Auto Glass is a top-notch windshield repair & replacement company. I called last minute for a windshield repair and they not only accommodated me by meeting me at my chosen location, they did an amazing job repairing my windshield chip, rendering that spot almost invisible. After that stellar repair, I canceled an appointment I had set with a different well-known windshield repair company for windshield replacement for my other vehicle and had Family Auto Glass do the replacement. The quality of the glass they replaced it with is so clear and smooth, and I hear absolutely no road noise. They arranged the recalibration needed with the windshield replacement and I was able to get everything completed the same day, at the same facility. Both Taylor and Brooke went out of their way to ensure I was completely satisfied with both the initial chip repair and the subsequent windshield replacement. After all the excellent customer service and quality products, I was further delighted when the total cost was significantly less than the company I was originally scheduled with. This was a great experience all the way around—GREAT JOB, Family Auto Glass!
Out with the old cracked windshield and in with a new one! Both guys were extremely professional and were really good about updates on arrival time. Very clean installation, they came to my house and took really good care of my truck. We highly recommend!
