I cannot say enough amazing things about Galicia. They created my wedding ring, which is absolutely perfect and something I will cherish forever. I had an incredible experience with Alyssa. She was kind, honest, knowledgeable and accommodating. I brought in two rings, one of which was a recently purchased engagement ring, which she said she could fix, but that she thought the original creator could probably fix it under warranty, of which she was absolutely right. I appreciated her candor in telling me she’d rather not take my money when I could get it done for free. She did take my other ring, polished it up, fixed the stone and shined it for a very appropriate $90 and I was extremely excited to wear it again. Done in 4 days. I will absolutely go back to this gallery, not only to get jewelry repaired, but to shop their incredible selection of jewelry. They have curated their collection beautifully. Plus they are local and run by a woman!!!!
I had a great experience working with Galacia. Lisa, the owner and designer, did an outstanding job creating the engagement ring. The craftsmanship is excellent, the design is clean and timeless, and the ring turned out even better than I expected. Most importantly, my fiancée loves it. Lisa was professional, easy to work with, and clearly knows her craft. She listened, offered smart guidance, and delivered exactly what she promised. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and the final product speaks for itself.

Alyssa and her team was especially helpful. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, met and exceeded our needs, and even handled the sizing the same day despite the store being very busy. I needed to have my custom made engagement ring and wedding band resized. The jeweler who originally made them retired so I needed to find an experienced jeweler who could resize the rings while keeping the integrity of the design in the bands. I called three jewelers. Kim was very thorough getting the details about my rings, asking for measurements of the bands, and getting photos. She was able to give me an approximate quote to do the work. I wasn’t able to bring the rings to Galicia until two months after our initial contact, which affected the materials price. So it ended up costing more than the original quote. The jeweler had both rings sized in about 2 days! And he did an amazing job! He even re-engraved the design on the bands that had worn with use. I’m very happy with the service at Galicia—and that I can finally wear my rings again! Thank you. Definitely 5+ stars!
