I’m so glad I came to Shane Co. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was in search of a a necklace for my daughter to present to her on her wedding morning. Kim waited on me. She listened to what I was looking for and brought me a variety of necklaces that fit my vision. I found the perfect necklace in my price range. Thank you Kim!
We came here to look for an engagement ring. Shantel and Sonia were great to work with. They were very patient and informative. Shantel made it a fun experience and kept a positive attitude and smile the entire time. Sonia is extremely knowledgeable on diamonds and has been in the business for 20+ years! My boyfriend and I went in today to look around. I have a engagement ring on the company website that I really wanted. Stacy, the advisor that helped us, could not have been nicer or more helpful! There was absolutely no pressure! We are so happy with the whole experience!!! Such a great company and family owned! That's awesome!
We had a great experience at Shane Co. Amy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made my girlfriend feel comfortable right away and helped her find the perfect ring. Jesse let us look through a large selection of different diamonds and explained the differences between them so we could find the one that was right for us. They are the best and we will definitely be shopping with them again
I can't say enough good things about Shane Co in Scottsdale. The lifetime warranty and generous upgrade program that they offer is the best in the valley, bar none. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a tennis bracelet to celebrate a milestone birthday, and I was fortunate enough to work with Brittany M. She was such a delightlful presence and also incredibly knowledgeable! She went above and beyond, and even took the time to order a variety of bracelets that weren't in stock so that I could have an array of options to choose from. Without her willing disposition and pressure-free sales approach, I wouldn't have made the purchase as confidently or easily as I did. Thank you Brittany M @ Shane Co of Scottsdale!
