Catalina was absolutely the best! From the very first time we met, she was incredibly helpful in guiding us through picking the perfect diamond and teaching us everything we needed to know about them. She made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. She stayed with us every step of the way—from selecting the diamond, to customizing and ordering the ring, all the way through to smooth delivery. Even though this was an out-of-state order, The Diamond Guys exceeded all expectations with their professionalism, communication, and quality. Love buying my Jewelry here. Tina is the best, took care of me for my wife’s wedding set. She even went out of her way to find me a matching Diamond/Ruby charm necklace to match earrings I bought my wife at a show she was attending. Matched perfectly, just one last piece to complete that set. But I have to say everyone there pitches in always and it makes for a wonderful experience every time. Always my first stop when I’m needing anything..
