I went here with a 2025 MacBook Air on which I'd spilled liquid. The guy opened up the laptop in 5 minutes while I waited. Turns out the logic board was clean and no service was required, but he didn't charge me (even though I insisted) and he gave me information about ultrasonic cleaning of the keyboard components in case the keys got sticky. Very friendly and helpful, would come here again in a heartbeat!

Went for a small laptop repair. The guy in front was very helpful. He repaired it in no time. Very quick, efficient, helpful and excellent service. Will definitely come back again when needed.

I brought my computer in for a motherboard replacement and had a very disappointing experience. The work was poorly handled, and the system did not function properly after the replacement. When I returned to have the issue reviewed, the technician was uncooperative and refused to properly address the problem. A motherboard replacement is a major repair and should be done carefully, tested thoroughly, and backed by accountability none of which happened here. This service lacked professionalism and transparency. I would not recommend this business Geeksknowthis for serious computer repairs 🥲😳
