I would like to sincerely thank Snappytech for their incredible help! My MacBook Air M2 suddenly shut down and wouldn’t turn back on, and I was extremely stressed because I needed my laptop for school and work. Charles was incredibly understanding, patient, and reassuring from the very beginning. He was able to repair my device quickly and took the time to clearly explain what happened, without ever trying to push any unnecessary services. I did actually, when I gave him my laptop. he was incredibly kind and understanding about my situation and fixed it at an incredible price, with an extra thrown in as well. he's great to talk to, extremely efficient and got everything done with great quality work. Funny enough, we couldnt figure out a way for us to work together on the project i came to him with-BUT, he was the most helpful, supportive, and tried the hardest out of three shops I went to yesterday to get my phone fixed yet, hes the only one im actually even leaving a review for! I'm thoroughly impressed with Snappy Techs. Charles was incredibly helpful and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and I had my laptop back the same day! He tackled a complex issue that took a lot of time, and even though he had other tasks to handle, he never complained. He also offered a very fair price and took care of issues I wasn’t even aware of. Excellent service, I'll definitely be recommending them to others.
