My daughter bought be a cheap looking phone case there for $30. Gave it to me for x mas. When I opened, it was scratched, some of the sparkles beads were missing and some where just cluttered! Told my kid to return it and they won't take it back. They said 7 days exchanges or returns! During x mas time? This is BS!! They sell cheap crap and have horrible return policy! Don't but there!!

I had an excellent experience at Mobile Klinik. I found Malek to be friendly, honest, and easy to interact with. He fixed my phone on the spot, charged me fairly and honestly, and fixed my sim tray free of charge. A good dude at a good place.

I went to Mobile Klinik to fix my iPhone 14 Pro Max the service was great and super fast! Toufik also helped me get a Telus plan that’s cheaper than what I had before. Excellent service at Mobile Klinik Rideau! Highly recommend.

I needed an extended warranty screen replacement for my Pixel 8 that had the vertical line issue. I called a few other locations that didn't have stock, and then I called here and was told I could bring it in that evening and it would only take 20 minutes. Sure enough, I dropped it off, had dinner in the food court and came back and it was ready. Definitely worth the trip if you're in the same boat as I was.

Extremely slow service and just let's you stand there. When your about to leave they reach out like they are doing you a favor. They must have gone corporate, as everything is super expensive now. Even just a screen protector cost $40 installed. Advertised as 5 layer blah blah blah. I decided, sure, let's test it. Lasted 2 week. There is no warranty. No different than the standard $10 installed at the other corner of the mall, and those guys are nicer and quicker. They quoted $450 for a screen replacement, and offer to sell me a used already repaired phone for same price. Seriously? And can't do any off brand phone even if you bring the parts. Time and money well wasted. They do have all the pro equipment tho.
