Great experience from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, the waiting room set the tone, and the massage was perfect. Scott was great with addressing the areas I requested, applied a good amount of pressure, professional, and left me feeling relaxed and sore in the best way possible.
Had a wonderfully soothing massage at Spavia in Austin. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm and well thought out. The robe was extremely comfortable, and I really appreciated the shower amenities afterward. They provide shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, deodorant, hair gel, and hairspray, which is a nice touch you don’t always find at spas. The space feels clean, relaxing, and intentional. A great place to truly unwind and reset. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere is peaceful and beautifully maintained, and every staff member radiates kindness and professionalism. My treatment was absolutely incredible—thoughtful, calming, and tailored perfectly to what I needed. I walked out feeling refreshed, renewed, and already planning my next visit! Saw this Spa on ClassPass so used my credits for this. What a great place, very warm and Chelsea gave a great massage!! Also, Nadia was amazing at taking good care of the "Welcome In". Also, they are also caring and go the next step beyond for their clients, I left a ring in my robe and realized the next day. They searched and found - Thank you Aria (sp?) for taking the time out to find this, going through all the robe pockets was time-consuming I'm sure! All around a 5-star place.
First time visiting Spavia in Austin. My husband and I had a wonderful experience. The environment is clean, calm and inviting. The robes and sandals definitely give you a luxurious feeling. The waiting room sets the tone before the service with the lighting and music. We had a couples massage and loved our Therapists Chelsea and Derek. They were professional, skilled and great communicators. We felt so relaxed and cared for. I highly recommend!
