Very impressed by HSM Property Management's quick and efficient response to documents that we needed for an HOA unit that they manage. I assist real estate agents and one of the items I'm often tasked with is working with HOA/Property Management Companies to obtain copies of the HOA Resale Documents. More often than not, this process takes 1-2 weeks to process and oftentimes it's difficult to get in touch with a representative if any issues/questions arise. This was not the the case with HSM Property Management. Chase responded quickly, provided clear instructions on how to obtain what we needed, and provided us with our document request within hours.
