Had an excellent experience booking a 45' bounce house. Communication was great via phone, and the setup/take down process was on time and done really well. The grass wasn't messed up under the bounce house. Will definitely hire this company again!
Excellent experience! I sent a picture of where to setup as I wasn’t home. The bouncer was placed perfectly and well secured. Tulio was a pro! Vacuumed and cleaned/sanitized the bounce house before leaving. Bounce house was in excellent condition. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend
Infla Bounce House did an amazing job for our daughter's first birthday party. We ordered a 40-foot tent, one bouncy house, one basketball hoop, and tables/chairs - basically everything we needed for a backyard party. First, they came two days prior to the party, which I wasn't expecting but was a pleasant surprise. This worked out REALLY well because it gave us plenty of time to set up decorations without rushing the morning of. Such a stress-saver - thank you!! Next, the setup team was incredibly professional and timely for both setup and breakdown. They knew exactly what they were doing and had everything up quickly. For breakdown, they didn't even need me there - they just came and handled everything, which was perfect since we were exhausted after the party. The quality of their products was great as well. The tent looked clean and professional, tables and chairs were in excellent condition (not beat up like some rental places). The bouncy house and basketball hoop were huge hits with the kids. We got tons of compliments on the whole setup. Communication was easy, pricing was fair, and everything went smoothly. I would 100% recommend Infla and will definitely use them for future parties!
We had an amazing experience renting the Purplish Dual Slide Combo from Infla Bounce House & Party Rentals! The entire process, from booking to pickup, was seamless and professional. We made our reservation just one day before our party, and not only did Infla Bounce House accommodate us without any additional rush fees, he confirmed the reservation quickly and was incredibly responsive. We were lucky this unit was still available, and it truly became the highlight of the party! Tulio arrived right on time, and his communication was excellent every step of the way. The bounce house and slide combo was in fantastic condition, very clean, and even received a bit of spot cleaning from Tulio upon delivery to make sure everything was perfect. The kids absolutely loved it, and honestly, so did a few adults! Even our two-year-old was able to climb up and enjoy the water slide, which made for such a fun and memorable birthday. Pickup was just as smooth, quick, respectful of the property, and hassle-free. Huge thanks to Tulio and the team for helping make our celebration unforgettable. We’ll definitely be renting from Infla again!
Amazing service! Bouncy castle AND ice cone machine were a hit! Infla Bounce makes your kids party go much more smoothly because someone is there to install everything and take it out when you are done! Mia and her 45 guests had a blast!!! Highly recommend the back drop as well! Great for pictures and to display the gifts!
