Went to purchase a nightstand and dresser, customer service was horrible, the manager suck. I was asking if they could give me a discount. I asked the salesman where the manager and he was sitting in a chair behind the salesman not even trying to help me didn't even speak. I will not recommend them to all my friends and family
Fernanda was so sweet and took her time with us when we were deciding what to buy. She was not pushy and even offered different ideas when we asked her something. She helped me buy a new bed set and even helped when I called to change the delivery date. The delivery was $95 for a first floor apartment and they were in and out in about 20-30 mins. The furniture was perfect! They do leave the boxes that you have to clean up but they do their best to consolidate them. Great service overall
Had such a good experience . I found their location because of Instagram and the prices and quality got my attention . Jose attended my husband and I he was very welcoming and made the process so easy for us . We purchased a sectional couch and a dining room table the next day it was delivered and assembled quickly
Went to purchase furniture for my mother's apartment. The female staff were more than pleasant and very helpful. They even delivered the furniture on Memorial Day, which was incredible.
I purchase a bedroom set 1,200 dollars plus 120 for delivery . It’s a nice set worth the money so far but the delivery guy left a mess when the we’re done . I’m not talking about a box here or there boxes and debris everywhere. When I asked why was it left behind the answer was “ we don’t do clean up” called the manager he tells me someone will come back to get it 2 hours later no one has come . If you’re thinking about going here don’t extremely unprofessional . I should’ve listened to my wife and kept shopping
