Excellent customer service start to finish. Used Laings to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend (now fiancé). First went down to the Cardiff store back in August 2025 with my partner to get some ideas of what rings she liked, there we were greeted by Jordan who showed us a collection of rings and was very patient throughout the process and was happy to answer any questions we had. Fast forward a few months after the visit I regained contact with Jordan through email and wanted to arrange an opportunity to purchase one of the rings me and my partner had viewed a few months prior. Jordan was very flexible and once again happy to answer any questions I had. Once the appointment was made I came down to the store to meet Jordan to finalise the purchase and the whole process start to finish was exceptional and professional. Highly recommend Laings, and Jordan to anyone looking to get an engagement ring. 5/5 stars.
Had a Call from Megan on Saturday afternoon regarding a watch I had on my wish list. She was so friendly and polite, I made an appointment with her for the Monday to pay and collect. I was early to the appointment where johnathan dealt with me showing me the watch and the features. He was very smart and spoke very nicely. The showroom was so impressive and was very clean and tidy. All the staff were friendly and came to talk to me. I thank Megan, Johnathan and the company so much in selling me a beautiful watch. I wish the whole team and the company every success in the future.

What an experience with Laings ! Was only out shopping for my birthday and was looking through window and was warmly welcomed in so I had a look round and fancied buying a Rolex. Ask if I could buy the root beer one, I was then handed over to Megan who deals with the Rolex watches and she was amazing from start to finish! Total asset to the team! Everyone in the shop is very welcoming and super friendly, it was a pleasure to buy from here and hopefully will be back again soon.
