Brilliant experience picking our wedding bands. We were serviced by Drew who was amazing and took the time to explain different styles and show us all our options. There were a couple rings I had wanted to try that weren’t in-store, this wasn’t a problem as Drew had ordered them in and provided my with an update when they were ready to view. Really appreciated the time, advice and care Drew gave us while picking our wedding rings. We’ll forever remember this positive experience, thank you so much Drew!

I had purchased a G-Shock (Casio) MT-G B4000 online albeit my experience was short lived due to the screw down crown malfunctioning (in less than 24 hours). So I travelled to the store in Cardiff and spoke with a lovely lady (Drew) who handled my situation with care and reassured me with the followings ahead. In the end, a replacement was issued to myself and upon my arrival for the replacement, Drew had tested the watch with myself to see if the issues were present. Thankfully this was not the case. If you want continuity, attention to detail, and reliability I would highly recommend seeking for Drew as her level of intellect with watches truly makes your purchase that much exquisite.
Got a Tissot watch yesterday and the whole experience was lovely! Anjali attended to me and she was extremely friendly and knowledgable. This was my first time getting a watch for myself and she made the whole process so much better.
