My experience at the Pilates method at the Pilates method studio has been exceptional. All of the instructors are high-quality, knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. Their focus is on the students and making sure that they are using proper form and understanding goal of the exercises. We are always advancing and rotating the equipment we are using so that it’s never boring or outdated.
