Chad was incredibly helpful even when there were issues that extended the time of repair. He ensured everything was buttoned up even though the roadblocks may have warranted a separate appointment. Incredibly impressed with this companies customer service and effectiveness. Will definitely be using them again for any issues going forward!

We had a great experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing and Zachary Sykes, their technician. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem at my mother's home quickly and explained the solution in a way that was easy to understand, which made it easy for me to interpret to my mother. What really stood out was his great sense of humor—it made the whole experience much more pleasant and put us at ease right away. He was respectful of my mom's home, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. I also really appreciated how the company sends a picture of the technician ahead of time. That extra step is very helpful and adds a strong sense of safety and professionalism. Based on his professionalism, knowledge, and positive attitude, he absolutely deserves Employee of the Month. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and would gladly request him again.
Our shower was draining very slowly. I called Mr. Rooter and they were able to get someone out the same day. The plumber arrived early and fixed our issue within a few minutes. He told me what the issue was and let us know that their work came with a warranty. I was very pleased to see our shower draining quickly. I will definitely call them in the future if we have any other issues.
Had an Emergency where the Tub hot water faucet dial popped off and water was gushing out towards the back wall of the tub. Mr. Lampton arrived within 25 minutes of my call in to Rooter Man, assessed the situation and completed the repair quickly. Thanks to Mr. Hampton of Rooter Man for his quick response and timely repair. I am most appreciative.
