David, ( Equipment Specialist) was professional, honest and courteous. He explained everything thoroughly and did an excellent job of making sure that I understood the entire process. He went over and beyond in helping me before ,during and after installation. Also the technicians and installers were courteous, professional, friendly and complete. I made a call trying to find someone to come out same day. I figure it would be hard since I was calling at 2pm. These guys were out within a couple hours to see what was wrong with my system. Then they had me installed with a new unit the very next morning. I have no complaints
