Best experience we could ever ask for! Shannon was phenomal and superseded our expectations for customer service. Shannon is extremely friendly, thoughtful, respectful and personal. We love to go in to Shannon when we have a jewellery needs and even to go in for a catch up and get our jewels shinned and polished. She is phenomenal at what she does, I couldn’t recommend anyone else to look after your most special moments. Our wedding rings were chosen with her advice and guidance and we couldn’t be happier with them. Thank you Shannon for your constant friendship and beautiful service.
Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! After such an upsetting experience in another local store, it was a breath of fresh air to walk into Pravins. Stephanie and Lewis greeted us immediately and were able to both solve our troubles and bring us hope. They were able to share their knowledge in our current circumstance with a faulty ring from elsewhere, and be able to find me exactly what I wanted. Lewis helped me find exactly what suited me and exactly what I wanted. I must have tried over 20 rings on to make sure I was certain! 4 months on and my ring from Pravins is still everything that I asked for and more! The team are always happy to help and the friendliness made us at ease instantly. Will definitely be back for our wedding bands in the near future! Thanks guys!
From start to finish, my experience with Pravins was fantastic. Stephanie helped talk through ideas & options during an initial consultation and then followed up with a truly wonderful engagement ring. The turnaround in getting the ring was quick, and both the service provided and jewellery on offer are top tier. Would recommend to all looking to purchase jewellery in Cardiff.

My fiancé and I have been using Pravins the last 2.5 years and could not be happier with the service we have received. We have been working with Steph Jones and her customer service has been second to none. From the initial consultation and ring fitting, to purchasing the engagement ring and then wedding rings, and now to resizing, cleaning and fixing my fiancé's engagement ring, nothing has been too big or small for her and she's taken away all the stress that can come with wedding preparation. We would highly recommend Steph (and Pravins generally) to anyone.
