A friend recommended me to Steve after I moved and was unable to train with my former trainer. I had taken a few months off and need some motivation to get back on track. I have high expectations when it comes to trainers. They must be knowledgeable and challenging. Steve offered to give me a few free sessions to see if we were a good fit. I ended up going forward and started training with him 3 times a week. I’ll be honest his style was a bit different from what I was used to, but I will admit I found it to be beneficial. Another thing I like about Steve, he is very observant to proper form. He has given me many tips of what to do to prevent injuries and I have learned new tricks. Most importantly, Steve has gotten me back on track! Last, there is one thing I must highlight that makes Steve unique. He can train people of all fitness levels. I am a 40 year old woman (fitness level advanced), but I have referred friends of different ages on different levels of fitness and all of them agree…Steve knows what he’s doing.
