Krysta is my technician and she always delivers exceptional service with amazing energy. I truly look forward to my appointments with her. She keeps me fully informed about what to expect and walks me through every step of the process. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else on my laser and facial journey. Ultimate Image Medspa is overall a fantastic place for all things beauty. The space is always clean, the environment is calming, and everyone on the team is professional and incredibly kind. Huge kudos to Haley as well. She always checks in, communicates any updates, and makes the scheduling process so smooth. This is an outstanding team and such a great space. Krysta is the GOAT. She is so sweet and friendly. She makes you feel comfortable during the service. The place is very medically professional. They always make sure you haven’t recently tanned, done sunless tanner, or not on any new medication. I used to struggle with ingrown hair and dark spots from years of shaving until I got laser hair removal. All of those problems are resolved, and most hair is gone after 5 sessions for me. 100% recommend
I can’t recommend Jap enough! I’ve been getting laser hair removal on my underarms and Brazilian, and the results have been amazing. From the very first session, Jap made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. The treatments are quick, professional, and surprisingly comfortable thanks to her technique and attention to detail. Jap is warm, kind, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her clients. I’ve noticed a huge reduction in hair growth. If you’ve been thinking about laser hair removal, definitely go see Jap, you’ll be so glad you did!
Krista is my favourite technician! She treats you like you’re her best friend and is always very kind and knowledgeable. She was recommended to me by a friend who does her laser hair removal with Krista. I don’t mind driving almost an hour to come here because I know I will get the best treatment even though there’s many Medspa's closest to me.

Every time I visit, the spa is absolutely pristine and you can tell cleanliness is clearly a top priority here, and it makes the entire experience feel relaxing and professional from start to finish. The pricing is fair and transparent, especially considering the quality of service you receive. They also have specials regularly on the pricing. I also really appreciate how efficient the sessions are. They’re always quick without ever feeling rushed, which makes it easy to fit self-care into a busy schedule. For a small area, I’m in and out in 5 minutes. If you’re looking for a clean, well-run med spa with great value and consistently smooth appointments, this is the place to go.
