Had an amazing fascia stretch session with Sergio. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and really took the time to understand what my body needed. I felt noticeably more mobile and relaxed afterward, with tension I didn’t even realize I was holding completely released. Highly recommend if you’re looking to move better and feel lighter in your body.
Chelsea is the trainer that you want and need. She brings with her a multifaceted approach to fitness utilizing a myriad of modalities. From progressive overload to mobility and stretching, Chelsea is a top-tier trainer with the knowledge, education and background to get you to your fitness goals. Whether novice or experienced, Chelsea can design and implement and fitness program tailored to your needs and lifestyle. Chelsea has not only honed her skills within the fitness industry, but she has a heart of gold and brings kindness and empathy to her sessions. I can't recommend Chelsea enough. She's made a huge difference to my fitness regimen and she can do the same for you. If I could give her more than five stars, I would!
I’ve been training with Sergio for a short time, and the difference he’s made in my back pain and mobility is remarkable. He’s a true professional knowledgeable, patient, and absolutely focused on helping you understand your own body. What I appreciate most is that he doesn’t just guide you through a session; he teaches you how to independently manage (in my case) back stiffness and pain so you’re not running to a chiropractor every time something flares up. After just a few classes, I already feel significantly better and more in control of my recovery. I’m looking forward to continuing the sessions and making even more progress. This review is long overdue. I reached out to Your House Fitness after I had been through some personal struggles and wanted to get back on track with my fitness. From the moment I started corresponding with Sergio, I felt comfortable and I could tell he really cared. He took the time to understand my goals and what I was looking for in terms of my experience and my potential trainer. My experience since then has been nothing short of phenomenal. Sergio is like the big brother you always wanted. He knows everyone by name, makes everyone feel comfortable and he is so genuine in his approach. He paired me with an amazing trainer, Jamie. Jamie is exceptional! She is empathetic and knowledgeable and meets you where you are. She asked me a series of questions over the course of my first few sessions to really get an in depth understanding of my goals and my previous fitness experience. She has been amazing at addressing my areas for development and working to get me to a place where I feel stronger and empowered. She really is the full package; she genuinely cares about her clients and their success.
Sergio is a phenomenal trainer and boxing coach. We’ve done everything from boxing technique and pad work to circuit training, strength, and weights, and every session is thoughtful, challenging, and never repetitive. He strikes the perfect balance between pushing you and keeping things fun, and I’ve seen real results. I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been, and I actually look forward to every session. On top of that, he’s a fantastic person, positive, supportive, and truly passionate about what he does. Highly recommend.
