All Service Movers exceeded our expectations. Michael and Caleb were outstanding—professional, easygoing, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They handled our belongings with care, protected our walls and doors, and made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. Most importantly, everything arrived safely without a single issue. Their attention to detail and teamwork really stood out. Mykol and Ra were fantastic. Had some issues with the office call but these two were worth every penny. Second half of my move went as smoothly as the first thanks to Mykol and Jack. Highly recommend.
Mycol & Hoffman were a great help in moving my mother in law. They were very respectful of her belongings by using moving blankets and shrink wrapping things. I would definitely use them again in the future!
This has been such an awful experience with all service moving. Communication between the office and movers was poor and they sent them with the wrong size truck. The lead mover spent at least 30 minutes on the phone trying to rectify it and they ended up not being able to switch the truck but sent another mover. Which we had to pay extra for. We had to take 2 trips instead of one and it ended up costing us double what we were quoted. We had an 800 sq ft home and were quoted $600 but ended up paying over $1200. I was upset later to find after they left that my dresser was broken. The support beam in the back was snapped in half and the boards were mostly off. There’s no way the movers didn’t know this but they failed to tell me. I made a claim for the mix up with the truck costing me hundreds extra and for the broken dresser. The claims were individually handled. The person who helped with the dresser was fine. There was a lot of back and forth and it felt inefficient but in the end it was fine. The person who handled the truck mix up is named Shanique and is so awful to work with. She will only respond by texting me. Even when I have called the company during working hours I am always sent to voicemail and when I ask for a call back she will only text. I’m fine with texting if we can get it done but I spent 3 months texting her trying to resolve my claim. She would not respond to me for weeks at a time and I would have to text her to reminder her to respond/work on my claim. Her customer service was awful and she would not answer questions I had and would just try to go around them. I finally called to try to talk to someone in management because she sent me 2 resolution agreements and wouldn’t tell me why. I kept getting sent to the claims department. The only time they took my call without sending me to voicemail. The person refused to let me talk to a manager. I called 2 times trying to talk to someone who could help before I gave up. This company is one of the worst I’ve worked with and you should find another company for your move.
Huge shoutout to Aaron, Tavian, and T-Wad! I honestly underestimated how much stuff I had, but they packed everything up quickly while still being super careful with my things. They stayed positive the whole time and somehow made it all fit and work out perfectly. These guys turned what was looking like a stressful move into a smooth experience—I couldn’t have asked for a better crew!
