We had an excellent experience with Apollo Roofing from start to finish. The entire team was professional, well organized, and clearly committed to delivering high-quality work. Apollo Roofing responded on very short notice during heavy rain and provided fast, flexible, and reliable service. Their repair immediately stopped the leak and prevented further damage. Sam supervised the entire process and did an excellent job ensuring everything was handled properly.

We ultimately decided to move forward with Sam from Apollo Roofing after meeting with several contractors. One thing we appreciated was that Sam was one of only a few contractors who actually went up on the roof and performed a thorough inspection. Some others provided estimates without ever getting on the roof, so this made a big difference in building trust. Sam is also very responsive and communicates well. He usually answered questions quickly and kept us updated throughout the project. That said, there were moments when timelines shifted slightly, which can happen with roofing projects, especially when coordinating materials and weather. While no roof is ever completely perfect, Sam was honest about the condition of the roof and explained realistic expectations for the work. There were a few areas where the finish could have been a bit smoother, mainly related to the GoGreen loan requirements and the plywood replacement after completion, but overall the quality of work met our expectations. In the end, we felt comfortable working with Sam because of his thorough inspection, transparency, and communication. We would still recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable roofing contractor who is upfront and responsive.

Sam and the team at Apollo were fantastic from start to finish—and even went above and beyond after the project was done to help us with patchwork from adjacent work we had done. Clear communication, easy to understand quote, and fast/efficient roof replacement. We replaced 3 roofs total with the Apollo team. Even the top roof we were unable to visually inspect at the conclusion of the project was done with high quality upon later inspection. 5 stars all around.

From the start, Sam Braik, the project manager, was professional, punctual, and transparent. He clearly explained what needed to be done, and followed through exactly as promised. Sam and his team arrived on time, completed the work efficiently, and kept me informed every step of the way. It was a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.
