Been the second times that I get the repair service for my vehicles at that place and it’s a big yes regarding the service and work quality. The receptionist (advisor), the lady who’s at the reception that we deal with she is so kind, helpful and such a great personality to work with clients and also very convenient to there customers, that a big plus an employee like that Im a business, as I’m a business owner for over 30 yrs now and customer service is my strength. I contacted your shop by phone to inquire about treating rust. I was informed that this was a service you provide and that I could come in and have an estimate done the same day. After arriving at the shop on a snowy day, I was met with disappointing customer service. The staff member I spoke with appeared reluctant to assist me, rolled her eyes, sighed, and then took a look at my van. After returning back inside the shop, I was then informed that rust treatment is not offered during the winter. I explained my disappointment, as I would not have made the trip had I known this in advance. In response, I was told by her, “Well, I didn’t know who was on the phone.” There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Moreover, throughout the interaction, the staff member repeatedly emphasized how expensive the service would be, expressed frustration about going outside in the snow, and continued to display an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. I am a very understanding person, it was the disrespect that was very upsetting to me. Fortunately, I was able to take my business elsewhere and received courteous and professional service. As a university student and a full-time employee, I value my time, and this experience was both inconvenient and disappointing.
A special shout out to Chealey for making the process of the replacement of my rear bumper absolutely seamless. She kept me up-to-date on the steps before and during the whole process and was so pleasant to deal with. Her customer service was outstanding! Thank you so much Chealey and ProColor Demers Gatineau.
I received excellent service from Bemac Auto Body. The Office Manager Louise was very kind and informative. The repair on my car was timely and thorough, and my wife and I were pleased that our car was cleaned inside and out. It hadn’t been this clean since we bought it. The only criticism is that they didn’t fill the windshield washer tank. Overall though a very pleasant outcome.
My 2022 Volvo XC90 suffered a minor impact with a snowbank which dislodged a piece of trim within the right front bumper cover. I took it to Bemac Orleans for an estimate. Isbah Masood looked at my car and took it into the shop for closer inspection. I was expecting at least a $500 repair estimate and hoping that the entire front bumper cover did not need replacing. After less than 10 minutes Isbah returned and informed me that the damage was repaired at NO CHARGE. He was able to remove the trim piece, adjust the trim tabs, reinstall it and even give the area a quick polish. The attached photo is of the area after the repair. His honesty and integrity were greatly appreciated by this customer. Another shop might have tried to make a quick buck off an unsuspecting customer. Not Isbah. It was a small thing but this kind of quality automotive service needs to be recognized. That's why I give Bemac Orleans a 5 Star rating.
