Bought the new Tern ebike online from them, the process was very smooth, excellent communication, they reply to my emails almost instantly. The bike arrived in record time, well packaged and in perfect condition, thank you guys for such excellent service, highly recommended
This bike shop is excellent. I had a great experience buying my first Ebike. Great vibe, great customer service, straightforward transaction. You should buy a new bike at a local shop, not online! They will build it for you and deliver it to your door. And if anything happens to your bike, you have a local team to fix it for you. A no-brainer to go with Bike Attack if you are looking for a new bike.
I had a great experience renting from Bike Attack last year for the MS charity ride, which is why I called to reserve again this year. Unfortunately, this time was the complete opposite. I asked to pick up the bike at close on Friday and return it Sunday night, just like last year. Previously, they told me that since I wouldn’t actually use the bike until Saturday morning, they’d only charge me for two days, which felt fair. This year, the man I spoke with insisted on charging me for three days upfront. When I politely explained my past experience and asked why the pricing structure had changed, he brushed me off and said I could either pay for three days or call later and hope the bike was still available. He was curt throughout the call, mentioned he had other things to do, and hung up on me when I asked for his name. It felt like a money grab and left the whole interaction feeling slimy. As someone raised in a family business, I understand that pricing and policies can evolve, but the way this was handled lacked basic respect and care for customers. The interaction completely changed how I see this shop, and it’s not a place I’ll support again.
I can’t say enough good things about this bike shop! The customer service is excellent—everyone is knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Spencer, in particular, goes above and beyond—not only handling repairs with care, but also taking the time to explain what was done and why. That kind of transparency is rare and really appreciated. The entire team is friendly and knows their stuff. They also have a great selection of bikes, and if they don’t have exactly what you’re looking for, they’ll go out of their way to find it and order it for you. I also recommend signing up for their warranty service—it’s a great way to protect your bike investment and gives extra peace of mind. This is definitely my go-to spot for both bike sales and repairs!
I wanted to buy the new 2024 Marin Presidio 3 and Marin was out of stock so I went into Bike Attacks website and ordered it that way and requested to pick it up at this location. The assembly and tune up was complimentary. The service and follow up I received was outstanding. Albert was very helpful with information on when it will best to pick up so they can make sure the bike is fitted to my preference. Lorenzo the bike technician was fantastic. He is very skilled at bike assembly, making adjustments and customer satisfaction. I had some accessories to add to the bike; saddle, grips and a kick stand. Lorenzo took his time and installed them perfectly and also reviewed how to break in the disc brakes. If you are looking for bike, this is the best place in the Westside of LA.
