My now fiancé and I had a terrific experience at Brilliant Earth with specialist Maddie Kehne. From the start, Maddie was honest, open, kind, and generous with her time. She was very knowledgeable and helped my fiancé narrow down preferences with patience. Most of all, she helped us treasure this fun and special experience together. We also ended up going to a very reputable and well known long standing jewelry store back home but ultimately, I turned down a very beautiful and affordable ring to purchase from Maddie and Brilliant Earth because of their service, mission, and product. The ring turned out "perfect" (according to my fiancé), and I could not be more grateful.
My husband chose Brilliant Earth for his proposal ring because of their values -- sustainable, conflict-free, transparent sourcing and its mindful impact on earth (that is simply brilliant!). I was in so much love with the ring that we naturally chose to return to them for our wedding bands, too. We are in so much love with not just their brand story and how beautiful our rings are, but also with their customer service and their store. Our consultant, Rose, made our selection experience so personalized and welcome. She was kind, patient, and really knowledgeable with their collection. I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with this jewelry boutique in Boston—specifically thanks to Leah, who absolutely went above and beyond for me. I live in Denver, Colorado, and needed a couple of pieces last minute for an event. Not only did Leah make it happen, she did it with an incredible level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Leah personally helped me pick out my pieces, emailing me multiple options so I could make the perfect choice from across the country. When inventory got tight, she didn’t stop there—she literally called other stores to check their stock and coordinated everything like a total pro. She acted as the middle person between stores to make sure my items could be rushed to me in time. And they arrived exactly when I needed them. It’s rare to find customer service this thoughtful, thorough, and personal. Leah turned what could’ve been a stressful, last-minute scramble into an effortless, enjoyable experience. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring at Brilliant Earth on Newbury St and we came back for a joint appointment to explore wedding band options. Noor was our consultant and took such great care of us during our appointment. She was so warm, informative, and let us try on several options so both of us could find our perfect wedding band. We did not feel pressure to purchase or rush- the whole experience was fantastic and we both ended up purchasing our band! I would highly recommend Brilliant Earth to anyone in this phase of their life.
If you go to Brilliant Earth on Newbury St. you have GOT to book an appointment with Yasmeen. My engagement ring is from this store and I was shopping for my wedding band. I came into the appointment with zero knowledge or idea of what I wanted and Yasmeen was kind, excited, welcoming, and most importantly an absolute joy to work with. She took me back to feeling like I was a kid again and the fun of trying on jewelry/putting on a fashion show with your best friend. I walked out trying to decide between two rings and promptly booked a final appointment with her to retry those two rings. She was so excited to see me again and didn’t push me one way or the other but rather encouraged me that I literally couldn’t make a wrong decision, which elevated all my stress. Ladies and gentleman, thanks to the amazing help from Yasmeen, I got my perfect wedding ring!!
