Great store, great people, fantastic craftsmanship. Went to 4 jewelry stores before coming here and worked with Gary to design a 10-year anniversary ring for a lab emerald cut. Brought over 2 loose stones and Gary immediately told me which is a better stone based on their looks. Other jewelers didn't bother telling me the difference. Great price on their services too. The design was sent to me via email, I had some changes and changes were made within 24 hours to exact request. Alana and Nikki were communicating with me every step of the way. The ring came out perfectly, the picture does it no justice. The fact that I can see Gary's work bench behind the glass right there in the showroom is what sold me on working with them. It's nearly impossible to find a jeweler who showcases their work bench anymore, usually it's all done off-site. Will be coming back to Gary to design an upgraded wedding band to work with the ring so it sits flush, and he mentioned he designed the ring with this in mind from the start. So thank you Gary, Alana and Nikki. The ring came out better than I was hoping.
My fiancé has been telling me about how he is so happy with his experience working with Gary and the team from Persona Jewelry, I just had to leave a review. He worked closely with Gary and his team to design my engagement ring especially the setting, and he beamed about how Gary’s attention to detail, craftsmanship, transparency and communication were all exceptional from start to finish! The ring turned out so beautiful — an oval diamond with tapered baguette side stones and a hidden halo. It’s elegant, timeless, and perfectly reflects my style. When I came to get the ring resized, Gary made the entire process seamless, offering his guidance, advice, a variety of options and genuine care throughout. It’s clear that Gary and his team truly love what they do and he takes great pride in his work. I couldn’t recommend Persona Jewelry more to anyone looking for a beautiful custom piece or engagement ring!
I would definitely recommend Persona if you are looking for custom jewelry. I made an in-person appointment online and Alana reached out to me a few hours later to confirm all details, which was comforting. The appointment itself was delightful; Gary was patient and informative, which made the whole process of designing an engagement ring an enjoyable process. From going to several other jewelers in Boston, Gary and his team stood above the rest. Overall, Persona in my opinion should be at the top of the list of anyone looking for a high-end jeweler in town. Thanks Gary!
Amazing experience and extremely happy with my ring! I came in with a loose sapphire and a general idea for a custom ring and Gary helped me bring it to life. It looks better than I had even pictured. I will 100% come back to Persona for any future custom jobs - and their in-store selection is also beautiful.
