Dr Loeb listened to my concerns with compassion and offered practical ways to deal with them. She clearly explained what she was doing and left a way to contact her if help was needed during the treatment. She was encouraging and positive regarding the future benefits of ongoing treatment. I have and will recommend her to others.
As I have continued treatments, I’m seeing (or rather feeling) great improvement in pain and mobility and feel confident Dr. Battocletti has diagnosed and been treating my issue in excellent fashion. I adore Dr. Jessica. She is kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. I began seeing her for lower back pain and manipulation was helpful. When I started experiencing more severe pain that was not responding to chiropractic treatment, she was a strong advocate for me exploring other treatments. Her genuine care and investment in her patients is evident. My limited experiences with Dr. Rachel are similarly positive.
