Great service from the gentleman in the shop (I think his name was Kieron). He took the time to walk me through the different ring options and clearly knew a lot about the history of Clogau. He was friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all, which made the whole experience really comfortable. Absolutely over the moon with the ring.
Keiran was helpful knowledgeable and helped me make a decision on the spot which I am delighted with. I received the purchase in the post today and the engraving is exactly as he described it would be I will be calling in again to use the gift wrap service and maybe have another list ok at the beautiful jewellery. Thank you Keiran I'm sure the recipient of the gift will be as delighted as I am.
The staff here look down at you, and are too busy looking at their nails rather help customers. They need to remember that not everyone with money dresses posh, more customer service training needed for them to be nicer to customers. Would never shop here again after buying lots of Clogau items.
Came here today as a surprise from my partner to get a ring I adored and we were served by the most lovely woman, Karen. Made the experience extremely fun, comfortable and easy. She was very complimentary, professional and extremely friendly. Thank you!
